The only amount you need to place a bet is the minimum first deposit of Rs 200, which only comes into play when you're actually ready to play. This requirement is enforced at registration and pakg reserves the right to request CNIC-based identity verification for any account at any time. Basic account verification at pakg happens automatically when you confirm your Pakistani mobile number via OTP during registration. For larger withdrawals or if pakg's internal checks require it, you may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC (National Identity Card) and a selfie. This process is called KYC (Know Your Customer) and is standard practice on all legitimate gaming platforms. It protects you as much as it protects pakg.

Don't worry — you can log in to pakg using your registered Pakistani mobile number instead of your username. If you also need to recover your username, contact support@pakg.click with your registered mobile number and email address and the team will look it up for you. If you want to permanently close your pakg account, contact support@pakg.click with your request. Before closing, make sure you have withdrawn your remaining PKR balance. Note that if you are closing your account because you feel your gaming has become problematic, we strongly recommend activating self-exclusion instead — it achieves the same result but with better safeguards around reopening. For security reasons, these changes cannot be made self-service — they require identity verification to confirm the request is genuine. Provide your old and new details along with your CNIC number and the team will process the update after verification.
Deposits & Payments8

pakg accepts deposits via: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT (interbank transfer) and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not currently accept cryptocurrency or international wire transfers.

The minimum deposit at pakg is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and card. There is no maximum deposit limit set by pakg (your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own transaction limits however).

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits at pakg are credited instantly — your PKR balance updates the moment the transaction is confirmed on the mobile wallet's end. NayaPay and SadaPay are also typically instant. Bank IBFT transfers can take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the sending bank. Card deposits are usually instant but can occasionally take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit hasn't credited within these timeframes, contact support@pakg.click with the transaction reference number.

pakg charges zero fees on deposits. Every rupee you send arrives in your account balance. Your mobile wallet or bank may charge their own transaction fees — check with Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank for their applicable rates. pakg has no control over third-party fees but we never take a cut ourselves.

First, check that your payment was actually debited from your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account — sometimes payment failures look like successes on the payer's screen. If money did leave your account, email support@pakg.click with: your pakg username, the deposit amount in PKR, the payment method used and the transaction reference or screenshot from your mobile wallet/bank app. The support team will trace the payment and credit it within hours.

No — pakg requires that all deposits come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with financial regulations. If your own Easypaisa or JazzCash account is not set up, you can register one for free using your Pakistani CNIC and mobile number.

pakg itself does not impose a platform-wide maximum daily deposit limit. However, you can set your own personal deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly) through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings — this is highly recommended. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may also have their own daily transaction limits that apply independently.

Yes — Bank IBFT transfers to pakg are accepted from all major Pakistani banks including HBL, MCB, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Standard Chartered Pakistan, Allied Bank and others. You'll find the pakg deposit bank account details in your account's deposit section after logging in. Always include your pakg username in the transfer reference/remarks field so your payment can be matched to your account quickly.
Withdrawals7

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals from pakg typically complete within 15 minutes of being requested. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. Bank IBFT withdrawals usually process within 2–4 business hours. Card withdrawals can take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. All withdrawal requests are processed 24/7 including weekends and public holidays in Pakistan.

The minimum withdrawal at pakg is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on how much you can withdraw at once, though very large withdrawals may require additional identity verification before processing. This is standard practice across all legitimate platforms and is there to protect you.

pakg charges zero withdrawal fees on any method. You receive the full amount you requested. Your receiving bank or wallet may deduct their own incoming transfer fee — check with your provider for their policy. pakg deducts nothing from your withdrawal amount.

Common reasons a pakg withdrawal may be delayed: (1) Your account has not yet completed identity verification (KYC) — submit your CNIC copy to unblock. (2) There is an active bonus with wagering requirements that haven't yet been met. (3) The withdrawal was flagged for a routine security check. (4) Banking network delays outside pakg's control. Contact support@pakg.click if your withdrawal has been pending for more than 4 hours and we'll investigate immediately.

Generally, pakg processes withdrawals back to the same account that was used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. If you have changed your mobile wallet or bank account since depositing, contact support@pakg.click before requesting a withdrawal — the team will guide you through the verification steps needed to add a new withdrawal method to your account.

For small withdrawals, basic account verification (mobile OTP) is usually sufficient. For larger amounts or if pakg's systems flag your account for review, you may be asked to submit a scanned copy of your CNIC and a selfie. This is a one-time process — once your KYC is approved, future withdrawals will be processed without repeating it. We recommend completing KYC proactively after registration to avoid delays when you want to withdraw.

When you activate self-exclusion at pakg, your real-money PKR balance is returned to your registered payment method as a priority withdrawal. Any active bonus balance is forfeited. The payout to your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account is processed immediately and you receive an email confirmation. You will not be able to access your pakg account until the exclusion period ends, but your funds reach you quickly.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough requirement) means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw winnings from it. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place Rs 20,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. pakg displays the exact wagering requirement for each offer before you claim it — always read these terms carefully.

No — bonus funds at pakg cannot be withdrawn until their associated wagering requirements are fully met. However, your real-money PKR balance (separate from bonus funds) can always be withdrawn at any time. If you'd rather not accept a bonus with wagering conditions, you can opt out before claiming it and simply deposit and play with your own money without any bonus restrictions.

During the pakg registration process, the third and final step includes an optional "Referral Code" field. If a friend who is already a pakg player gave you their unique referral code, enter it in that field before completing your registration. Once you make your first qualifying deposit, both you and your referring friend will receive the referral bonus according to the current Refer a Friend promotion terms.

Yes — if you opted in to marketing communications during registration, pakg sends promotional offers via SMS to your Pakistani mobile number and email. On the pakg Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address and you'll receive a password reset OTP or link within a few minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, contact support@pakg.click with your CNIC number and registered details for manual identity verification and account recovery.

To log out of all active pakg sessions across all devices (useful if you think someone else may have accessed your account), go to Account Settings → Security → Active Sessions, and select "Log out all devices". This immediately terminates all current login sessions and requires a fresh login on every device. If you cannot access your account to do this, contact support@pakg.click and the team will do it for you.
Responsible Gaming7

pakg provides six responsible gaming tools: Deposit Limits (daily/weekly/monthly), Loss Limits, Session Time Limits, Reality Check Reminders, Cooling-Off Periods (24 hours to 30 days) and Self-Exclusion (minimum 6 months). Log in to your pakg account, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Choose daily, weekly or monthly, enter your preferred PKR limit, confirm. The limit activates instantly. Reducing a limit takes immediate effect. Increasing a limit has a 7-day cooling-off period — this delay is intentional to prevent impulsive increases in the heat of the moment.

A cooling-off period at pakg is a temporary, enforced break from the platform. You can choose 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days or 30 days. During the cooling-off period, your account is suspended from all betting and gaming activity, and pakg will not send you promotional communications. Your balance is safe, and when the period ends your account access is automatically restored. Use this when you feel you need a break but don't want a permanent exclusion.

Self-exclusion at pakg permanently closes your account for a minimum period of 6 months. Activation is instant and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed. Your remaining real-money PKR balance is returned to your registered payment method. You will not receive marketing communications during exclusion. After the minimum period ends, you must contact support to request reactivation — access is not restored automatically.

That depends on the tool. Deposit limits and loss limits take immediate effect when reduced — increasing them involves a 7-day cooling-off period. Session timers and reality checks can be changed immediately in either direction. Cooling-off periods cannot be removed before they expire. Self-exclusion cannot be removed before the minimum 6-month period ends. The stricter tools are designed this way intentionally — their effectiveness depends on not being reversible on impulse.

No. pakg strictly suppresses all promotional and marketing communications to accounts that have active cooling-off periods, self-exclusion, active loss limits or any other responsible gaming restriction. Sending tempting bonus offers to someone who has asked for a break would completely undermine the purpose of the tool.
