Playing by the Rules at pakg

By accessing, registering for or using the pakg platform — whether through our website, mobile application or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pakg.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register for a pakg account or use any part of the platform. Continued use of pakg after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by pakg, including but not limited to: Cricket Betting, Teen Patti, Roulette, Poker, Football Betting, Ludo Games, Virtual Sports, Live Dealer tables and all future game categories added to the pakg platform.

Each individual may hold only one pakg account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or with intent to claim multiple welcome bonuses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering at pakg, you are required to provide accurate and current information, including your legal full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. If your details change — including your mobile number — you must update them in your pakg account settings promptly.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakg account password and login credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. pakg will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Registration is free and takes under 90 seconds on pakg
• A Pakistani mobile number is required for OTP verification
• Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended
• pakg reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage
• Corporate accounts or accounts held on behalf of others are not permitted

You must be at least 18 years of age to register or play on pakg. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are not registered on any self-exclusion list. pakg takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point.

If pakg has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned — but any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

pakg is intended for players based in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your location. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws in your jurisdiction before using pakg.

All financial transactions on pakg are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept or process payments in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are supported for deposits on pakg:

You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — from accounts held by someone else — are not permitted on pakg and will result in the deposit being reversed and potentially the account being suspended.

pakg reserves the right to impose deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming guidelines. Players may also set their own deposit limits from their account settings. Deposits are credited to your pakg wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals from your pakg wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of all players on the platform.

The minimum withdrawal amount on pakg is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, although pakg may apply additional verification steps for large withdrawals as a security measure. pakg charges no withdrawal fees on any method.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals: typically within 15 minutes
• NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals: typically within 30 minutes
• Bank IBFT transfers: within 2–6 hours on business days
• Visa / Mastercard: within 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for accounts that have not previously been verified or where unusual activity has been detected. pakg reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending satisfactory verification in such circumstances.

Players who have received bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-linked balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus portion being forfeited, though any portion of the balance derived purely from real-money deposits will remain withdrawable at any time.

pakg offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and game-specific promotions. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer in the Promotions section of your pakg account.

General bonus rules that apply across all pakg promotions unless otherwise stated:

1. Bonuses are available to one player per household, device, IP address and payment method
2. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period before the bonus expires
3. Bonus funds can only be used on games specified in the individual offer — some bonuses are restricted to specific game categories
4. The maximum bet allowed when playing with active bonus funds is Rs 500 per spin or hand unless otherwise specified
5. pakg reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice
6. Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including through coordinated play or betting patterns designed to manufacture a no-risk outcome — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension

All games on pakg are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game lobby. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. pakg does not accept responsibility for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

The outcome of all RNG-based games on pakg — including electronic versions of Teen Patti, Roulette and Poker — is determined by a certified random number generator that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. No person, including pakg staff, can predict or influence RNG outcomes.

The following activities constitute a breach of fair play rules on pakg and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play on pakg
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches — any such bugs must be reported to pakg immediately
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits or claim multiple bonuses

In Live Dealer games, the decisions of the dealer and the pakg platform are final. Technical interruptions are handled in accordance with the platform's disconnection policy, details of which are available in the FAQ section. pakg reserves the right to void bets in exceptional circumstances where a technical error has materially affected the outcome of a game round.

pakg is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We take problem gambling seriously and provide tools, resources and support to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pakg account holders:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period
• Session Timers — receive alerts after a set playing time and have sessions automatically ended
• Reality Checks — regular on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing
• Cooling-Off Periods — take a short break from your pakg account (24 hours to 30 days)
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or temporarily close your pakg account

Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is activated on your pakg account, it cannot be reversed before the end of the specified period. pakg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass identity or age verification when requested
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering or chargeback abuse
• Evidence of underage gambling
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards pakg staff or other players
• Any activity that pakg determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the platform

In the event of account suspension for suspected fraudulent activity, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms fraudulent activity, the balance will be forfeited. If the investigation clears the account, the balance will be reinstated in full.

Players may close their own pakg accounts at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

pakg collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on pakg, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Our Privacy Policy is available at pakg.click/privacy-policy.

pakg will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data collected during your use of the pakg platform is used exclusively for account management, payment processing, customer support, security monitoring and responsible gaming compliance. We do not share your data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and pakg's servers is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. We take the security of your financial and personal information extremely seriously and invest significantly in our data security infrastructure.

All content on the pakg platform — including but not limited to the pakg logo, game graphics, user interface design, software, text and promotional material — is the exclusive intellectual property of pakg or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any pakg content without prior written permission.

Your pakg account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pakg platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any rights to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of the pakg platform or its content.

pakg is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. pakg will not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, maintenance periods or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakg's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money deposits you have made to your pakg account in the thirty days preceding the claim.

pakg is not responsible for any loss of winnings caused by telecommunications failures, internet service provider interruptions or device malfunctions on your end. If a live game is interrupted due to a connection issue on the player's side during a critical game moment, the platform's disconnection policy — available in the FAQ — will apply.

pakg reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Minor clarifications may be made without advance notice but will always be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pakg platform after any revision to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using pakg and may request account closure. We encourage all pakg players to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
